Mar 31, 2016 · Tried using PC, Vita, PS3 and PS4, none worked and so I ended up buying PSN cards. Only thing I can think of that might work from what I've read from googling is to double check that the address on your PSN details is the same as the one for Paypal or Credit Card (this didn't work for me however).

Create new Playstation Network (PSN) Account (easiest is to do on the Playstation website but can also do on console. Make sure you enter a parent birth date, otherwise the account will be a sub-account and you will not be able to link it with Origin/EA account later. Activate the account in the PS4 by adding this account (log in with it).
